Product structure description:

The composite polyethylene anti-corrosion adhesive tape is made of a base film and a butyl rubber as a base layer according to various different uses, and is compounded in a hot melt state. It is divided into inner belt, outer belt and supplementary belt. It has anti-corrosion insulation inside, and the outer belt plays a protective role. It is divided into ordinary level, strengthening level and special strengthening level according to the grade structure requirements of anti-corrosion layer.

Product performance characteristics:

A) Polyethylene and butyl rubber are used as the basic materials, and the fusion heat composite plastic polymer material has good structure, excellent insulation and corrosion resistance, and low water absorption.

B) Wide temperature range, stable performance from -30 °C to 80 °C.

C) There are two kinds of structures for anti-corrosion of polyethylene anti-corrosion tape (SY/T0414-2007):

1. a multi-layer anticorrosive system consisting of a primer + inner layer of anti-corrosion tape + outer layer of protective tape;

2. Or the primer + anti-corrosion tape directly constitutes the anti-corrosion structure.

D) Long service life and more than 30 years of life.

E) It can be used in a wide range of applications from DN50 to DN2200mm.

F) Convenient and fast construction, no need for curing period during the curing period, no environmental pollution, safe operation, environmental protection, suitable for prefabrication and on-site construction at room temperature.

G) The overall cost is low.
